Victoria de Hidalgo will be a mixed-use project located in the center of Hidalgo St. Quiapo, Manila. NSJBI aims to develop an elevated condominium concept, providing an affordable housing alternative in a sought-after residential neighborhood.

The design will feature podium levels designated for commercial purposes, envisioning a micro retail center. The 42-storey façade of Victoria De Hidalgo will blend Filipino and modern/contemporary architectural styles, distinguishing it from the surrounding buildings in the area.
